Dr. Glenn Schwartz and the entire team at Suburban Ear, Nose & Throat Associates in Rolling Meadows provided exceptional care during my recent surgery to remove my parathyroid gland. I underwent partial glossectomy and neck dissection surgery in October and November of 2024. I chose Dr. Schwartz based on high recommendations.

Throughout the consultations, Dr. Schwartz addressed all our questions thoroughly, explained the procedure, potential risks, and recovery process clearly. The surgeries were conducted smoothly, and Dr. Schwartz and the team appeared confident and professional.

Post-surgery, clear instructions were provided, and support staff were available for any inquiries during my recovery. Dr. Schwartz even personally called me on the evening of the surgeries to check on my well-being.

Dr. Petchnik is an excellent physician. He personally calls you back with test results, and explains the results.

Dr. Pugnale is a life-saver, literally.  I was scheduled for a tonsillectomy and during the procedure Dr. Pugnale found what turned out to be a cancerous tumor hidden deep at the base of my tongue.  Without her expertise and thoroughness I’m not sure where I would be right now.  Dr. Pugnale always greets you with a big smile and has a caring and assuring way of treating her patients.  Simply put, you won’t find a better ENT specialist!

Doctors sometimes forget that the caregiver of a patient needs the support just as much as the patient, but Dr. Wittkopf is not one of them. She patiently listened to every one of my concerns. Yes, I’m a parent who volunteers too much information and asks too many questions, but Dr. Wittkopf not only didn’t seem to be bothered, she answered every question like it was the first time she had ever heard it.
