In 1961, Ralph A. Casciaro, M.D. opened Suburban Ear, Nose & Throat Associates, Ltd. in Arlington Heights, Illinois. For almost 50 years, we have been dedicated to providing the highest quality healthcare in the specialty of Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery.
All of our physician surgeons are Board Certified in Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery.

Emeritus Physicians
Ralph A. Casciaro, M.D. (1930-2007) founded Suburban Ear, Nose, and
Throat Associates, Ltd., in 1961. He completed medical school and residency
at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Eye and Ear Infirmary.
Henry Rabinowitz, M.D. joined Dr. Casciaro in 1968. He received his medical degree from Chicago Medical School and completed residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Eye and Ear Infirmary. Dr. Rabinowitz retired from practice in 2007.
